              If you do not have Microsoft Excel on your system, you must first download a free software package from Sun Microsystems.  The package is very similar to Microsoft Office 2003.  This Open Office Suite also includes several other useful utilities, such as a word processor.  Select the Open Office button located at the left of this page.  Once you have successfully installed this software, you may then select a format below to correspond to your employer’s method of payment and download your free compatible timebook program.

INSTRUCTIONS The downloaded file will transfer in a .ZIP format.  When prompted to 'Open' or 'Save' the file, select 'Save'.  Then, select 'My Documents' as the destination.  After the file has downloaded, select 'Close'.  Next, go to 'My Documents' on your computer and click on the zip file.  In the new window, click 'Extract all files' and the Windows Extraction Wizard will unzip the file.  Then, you may send the file to your documents, or create a shortcut on your desktop.
